PENNEY FARMS, FL- Mrs. Mary Johnson Manwell, age 95, a resident of Penney Farms since 1976 died Friday, November 30, 2012.Born on April 15, 1917 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harry G. and Madeline M. (Mudge) Johnson. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a Social Worker.Mrs. Manwell formerly resided in Warren, NH, Townsend, Chelmsford and Marblehead, MA. She was pre-deceased by her husband Rev. Richard F. Manwell and her sister: Phyllis Taggart.Her survivors include her son: Richard F. Manwell, Jr., of Jacksonville, FL. Her daughter: June C. Manwell of Orange Park, FL. Memorial Services will be held at the Hagen Care Center, Penney Farms, FL on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. with burial at 3:30 P.M. in the Penney Farms Retirement Community Cemetery.
