Matthew Fabain Tracy, 4 months, of Interlachen, Florida passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Putnam Community Medical Center. Matthew was born in Orange Park, Florida on November 4, 2013 to Shawn Timothy Tracy, II and Brittney Leeann Shaw of Interlachen, FL. Matthew was preceded in death by his uncle, William Ellison. Matthew is also survived by his sister, Ellise Tracy of Interlachen, FL, his maternal grandparents, Harlan and Leona Shaw of Ohio, his paternal grandparents, Shawn and Debbie Tracy of Keystone Heights, FL, and his aunt and uncle, Shawna and Shaun Keen of Keystone Heights, FL.Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 4 pm at Gadara Cemetery with interment to follow. The family will receive friends, Monday, April 7, 2014 from 2:30 to 3:30pm at the funeral home.
