Mattison "Matti" Rose Thomas, age 21, of Keystone Heights passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from injuries she sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Tampa on April 1, 1994 and is a 2013 graduate of Keystone Heights High School. Mattison had also received her Associates of Arts Degree from Santa Fe Community College and was employed by Brooklyn Boys Pizza in Keystone Heights. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and spending time outside. She also enjoyed being with her family, friends and especially her little brother, Jarett. Mattison is survived by her parents John and Dianna Slowey-Thomas of Keystone Heights, along with her four sisters, Brooke Thomas of St. Augustine, Courtney Thomas of Jacksonville, Carra Slowey-Thomas of Ocala and Brenna Slowey-Thomas of Keystone Heights; one brother, Jarett Thomas of Keystone Heights; Maternal grandmother, Sharon Slowey of Tampa; several uncles and cousins. A memorial service for Mattison will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 24, 2015 in the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Anthony Powell officiating.
