Mr. Max Ray Hearst age 75, of Keystone Heights passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Shands in Gainesville. Mr. Hearst was born on July 14, 1938 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Ray and Debra M. (Roundtree) Hearst and was a longtime area resident. Prior to retirement he worked as a tool and die maker for the Civil Service and served in the United States Army. He was a member of the local AMVETS. Survivors are: his wife of 21 years Patricia (Mentzer) Hearst of Keystone Heights, his son: Charlie Edward Hearst of Keystone Heights.
