KENNEDY: Funeral services for Mayme Marie Kennedy, 95, who passed away on June 6, 2017, will be held Friday at 10 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Rev. Terrell L. Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday (Today) from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Kennedy was born in Montezuma, Indiana and was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since 1944. She was a member of the Disciples of Christ. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, the late John Dillon Kennedy Jr.; Survivors include her 2 daughters, Janice K. Paysinger (David), and Nance S. Kennedy; 1 son, J. Anson Kennedy (Annie); 3 grandchildren, Jennifer L. Paysinger, Kevin B. Paysinger (Amanda) and Betsy W.
