Melissa "Missy" Knight, loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away peacefully on August 9th, 2021 at the age of 45, surrounded by her loved ones.Missy was born on April 16, 1976 in Jacksonville, Fl and lived there throughout her life. After high school, Missy became a medical assistant known for her special abilities with children in pediatric practices. Most recently, she was working at St. Vincents Accention as a Registered Medical Assistant.Missy was a selfless person with an infectious laugh, who loved animals and would do anything to help a friend in need. She was a true country girl, who loved spending time with friends and family. Her greatest accomplishment was devoting her life to raising her three children.Missy is survived by her children Dustin Knight, Ricky Knight, and Makayla Knight.
