Melissa Ann Savoy 53 Of Keystone Heights

Mrs. Melissa Ann Savoy, age 53 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home, Friday, March 6, 2026. She was born on June 14, 1972, in Prince George's County, Maryland to Charles and Ruby (McDonald) Lynch.

In her time as a bus driver for Clay County Schools, Melissa became a familiar and cherished presence for her "school kids." She had a unique ability to form connections and bring smiles to their faces, often sharing her passion for reading and her love for life.

An avid reader and a collector of cows, she had a zest for life that was infectious. She was known for her warm spirit and her ability to make anyone feel welcome.

In addition to her father Melissa was also preceded in death by her son Shane Savoy.

Melissa is survived by her husband of 30 wonderful years of marriage, Wayne Savoy, three children, Victoria Gorman (Logan), Courtney Savoy, and Brendon Tippett. Also left behind is her mother, Ruby (McDonald) Lynch, and siblings, Kathey Tucker, Debbie Fortney, Toni Reyes, and Ricky Smith. She was lovingly called "Meme" by Dylan Piscitelli and Jayden Tippett.

Visitation for Melissa will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 4 – 6pm in the funeral home chapel with services beginning at 6 pm.
