Anderson, Michael ThomasBorn January 17, 1946 in Kingsport, Tennessee to Beatrice and William Anderson, Mr. Anderson died Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Formerly of Jacksonville, he now resided in Keystone Heights, Florida.Mr. Anderson served in the United States Marine Corps; was a retired Technical Installer from Lucent Technologies; and was a volunteer (VIPS) with the Clay County Sheriff's office.Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laura King Anderson of Keystone Heights, FL; five daughters, Terri (Ray) Leach, Jennifer Chaddock, both of Jacksonville, Melissa (Travis) Pritchard of Green Cove Springs, FL, Julie (Josh) Westfall of Keystone Heights, and Kelly Anderson of Jacksonville; a sister, Kathy Stoneberger of Jacksonville; six grandchildren, Danielle, Haley, Paytin, Cooper, Zayne and Grayson; and a cousin, Ronnie (Mary Lou) Rhea of Knoxville, Tennessee.Funeral services for Michael Thomas Anderson, 71, will be held at 3:00p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, with Rev. Danny Brown of First Baptist Church, Bunnell, Florida officiating.
