Belcher, 80, will be held at 1:30p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2022 in Fort Caroline Baptist Church, 11428 McCormick Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225 with Pastor Ricky Powell officiating. Services will be held, at a later date, in Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors. Born October 14, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia to Annie Mae and William W. Belcher, Michael died Friday, April 22, 2022 in Jacksonville. He was a graduate of Englewood High School Class of 1960 and a retired TSgt. U.S. Air Force after 30 years of service.
