Obituary

Michael John Hargrove Mike passed away Saturday June 2, 2012 after a lengthy illness at NFRMC in Gainesville, FL. He was born on April 28, 1938 in Wolverhampton, England, and came to the USA in January of 1964 and became an American Citizen in 1976. Mike was an Appliance Heating & Air Technician by trade and retired from Sears in 1997. He was an avid bass fisherman and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Before coming to the USA, Mike served in the Queens House Whole Calvary D Squadron from 1957-1960 and served a tour of duty in the OMAN. He is survived by his devoted wife Sandra F. Hargrove, Nee Sandra F. McMillan (Cricket) of 37 years, currently residing in Keystone Heights; Four Children, Carl Hargrove (Selena), Beverly Rakoci (John), Wendy Boree (Paul), and Roger Hargrove (Lisa); Six Grandchildren, Sean Hargrove (Ali), Charity Darby, Jenna Rakoci, Derek Hargrove (Vera), Jake Rakoci, and Elizabeth Dalton; One Great-grandson, Jeremiah Hargrove; Two Brothers, Derek Hargrove (Elaine) of Spain, Brian Hargrove (Jo) of England, including a niece, a nephew and extended family there; Many good friends here and a special friend of 48 years Gary Crawford. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel in Keystone Heights. the family will receive friends prior to the service.
