Michael Lee Brown

Mr. Michael Lee "Mike" Brown age 59, of Palm Coast passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Florida Hospital. He was born June 12, 1959 in Maryland to Henry T. and Laquita (Lollar) Brown. Mike had moved to Palm Coast in 2013 from the Florida Keys where he had lived for many years; was employed with Post Card Inn Resort working in their security department and was known by many as a professional standup bass player; he also loved riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles and playing pool with his friends. Anyone that knew Mike, knew how devoted he was to his family, especially his son. Mikes father had preceded him in death. His survivors are his wife of 26 years, Lena K. (Ashley) Brown and their 12 year old son Kyler Lee Brown both of Palm Coast; his mother Laquita Joy Brown and his sister Michele Brown both of Wilmington, North Carolina. Also left behind are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends that will miss him dearly. A graveside service for Mike will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018 with Reverend Peggy Wilkes Adkins officiating. Interment will be at Eliam Cemetery in Melrose.
