MULLEN: Memorial services for Michael Talbott Mullen, 70, who passed away on October 25, 2023, will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2023, in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard South, Jacksonville, FL 32206, with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. Mr. Mullen was born in High Point, North Carolina and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was a Mechanical Drafter by trade and had attended Peace Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Spencer Talbott Mullen and Martha Elizabeth Mullen; Survivors include his daughter, Monique Ginder; sister, Paula E.
