A funeral service will take place on Tues, March 4, 2014 at 1PM at the Mandarin Baptist Church, 11244 San Jose Blvd., Jax, FL 32223 with Dr. Dan Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by daughters: Patricia Lee, Karen Lawler, Kathy Wiedegreen, step-daughter Carolyn Zander; a son Terry Lee; two sisters Mae Horne, Dean Moore; two grandsons and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William Carter. A visitation will be held on Mon, March 3, 2014 from 6-8 PM at George H.
