Mildred H. Marshall, 88, passed away on December 13, 2015 in Jacksonville.Mildred was born on April 2, 1927 in Asheville, N.C. to Joseph W. & Lucy C. Horrox. Mrs. Marshall was a retired teacher and principal in the Duval County School system.Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by her husband, Aquila J.
