Mrs. Mildred B. Tetstone, 81 a life long resident of Starke died Sat. November 20, 2010 at Shands at Starke. Mrs. Tetstone was born in Jacksonville on March 11, 1929 to the late Lacy and Carrie (Dean) Edwards. Mildred was a graduate of Bradford County High and a member of the Morgan Road Baptist Church. Prior to her retirement she was a Cottage Supervisor for the Sunnyland Training Center. She was preceded in death by her son, David and her grandson, Roger Dale, Jr. Survivors are her children: Roger Dale Tetstone, Sr. (Tammy) of Starke, Kathy Sweat of MacClenny, Keith Tetstone (Joy) of Starke, Kenny Tetstone (Sue) of Lake Butler, and Cindy Alvarez (Leavy) of Starke. She is also survived by her brothers, Robert Bobby Edwards (Judy) of St. Augustine, Tommy Edwards (June) of Starke, 15 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren. Viewing for Mrs. Tetstone will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010 from 4-6 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 at 11 Oclock in the DeWitt C.
