Miriam Crawford Faulkner

Faulkner-Miriam "Nana" Crawford, age 86 of Starke passed away on June 17, 2021 at her home peacefully, with her family by her side. Miriam was born in Starke, Florida on January 7, 1935 to the late Zary and Reba Conner Crawford also of Starke. She married the love of her life William "Bill" Faulkner. Miriam was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother "Nana", great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, who enjoyed taking care of her family and extended family. After retiring she enjoyed quilting, traveling, sewing, fishing, camping, cooking, baking, canning, and flower gardening. More than anything Miriam loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was preceded in death by; her parents, Zary and Reba Conner Faulkner, her husband of many years, William "Bill" Faulkner, brothers, Harold, Gerald and Kenneth Crawford, sisters, Bernice Jackson, Eloise Jackson, Hazel Rhoden and Vonnie Boone, her sons, Greg and Mark Faulkner. Miriam is survived by her children, Ricky Faulkner of Pearson, Ga., Joey (Teresa) Faulkner and Timmy Faulkner of Starke, and her daughter-in-law Michele Faulkner of Gainesville, Georgia. Her Grandchildren, Heather (Richie) Wheeler, Rick Faulkner, Dana Heath, Jason Faulkner, Cindy (Billy) Layne, Shawn (Ansley) Faulkner, Joey (Jamie) Faulkner, Ashley Faulkner, Mark Faulkner, Brandon (Jade) Faulkner, Jessica Faulkner, Teresa (Justin) White. Great- Grandchildren, Skylar Layne, Kyrah Padgett, Dawson Bussy, Wayne White, Tustin Layne, Luke Padgett, Ty White, Logan Heath, Hannah Heath, Emma White, Savannah Faulkner, Gage Faulkner, Mason Faulkner, Lacy Padgett, Presley Faulkner, Ella Faulkner, Liam Faulkner and Braxton Faulkner, Great-Great Grandchildren, Braylen Hylton and Amelia Smith, her brothers Ronald (Susie) Crawford of Fort Walton Beach, Fl, Larry (Denise) Crawford of Gainesville, FL, and Jean (Seeley) Tanner of Starke, Florida, With numerous nieces, nephews and cousins whom Miriam loved dearly. Service will be on Tuesday June 22,2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home of Starke, Florida, with Brother James "JT" Thomlinson officiating. The Family visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 A.M. and will receive visitors from 10:00-11:00 A.M. prior to service. Interment will follow in Dyal Cemetery.
