Mr. Darwyn Joseph Compton, Jr. age 73 of Graham passed away at his home, Monday, June 30, 2025. He was born March 3, 1952, in Baltimore, Maryland to parents Darwyn J. and Evelyn (Lichtenberg) Compton, Sr. Mr. Compton was a self-employed rancher and Farmer who loved being outdoors. He enjoyed watching football and rooting for the winning team, as well as being interested in politics, and going to the beach. Survivors are his loving wife of 34 years Laura (Barker) Compton of Graham, daughters Krystal Collins (Joseph) of Starke, Andrea Appe (Rafael) of Middleburg, parents Darwyn and Evelyn Compton of Melbourn, and a brother Allen Compton (Irene) of Tallahassee. Mr. Compton was a loving grandfather to grandchildren Abigail Toske, Issac Appe, Jacob Thornton, Addison Thornton, and Hannah Collins as well as great-grandson Carson Gray.
