Mr. William "Bill" Douglas Carlson, Jr. age 65, of Keystone Heights passed away suddenly Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Gainesville, FloridaHe was born August 13, 1956 in Stafford, VA to the late William Carlson, Sr. and Irene Weir.Following a long career at Central Florida Office Supply, Bill retired from Home Depot in 2019. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed wood working, bird watching, and cheering for the Florida Gators.Mr. Carlson is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Wanita "Fern" (Dodge) Carlson; children Teresa Ayres (Jim), Deborah Strickland (Tim), William Carlson III, Kimberly Williams (Kenny); sisterJoan Carlson Grayson, brother Paul Stuart, aunt Betty Rokes and 6 grandchildren, including grandson, Coty Collins.
