Mr. Ford Dillard Dinkins

Mr. Ford Dillard Dinkins, Jr age 73 of Green Cove Springs passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Ford was born in Sevierville, TN on December 21, 1945 to the late Ford Dillard and Edna "Palmer" Dinkins. Mr. Dinkins enjoyed camping throughout the United States and downing a cool one. He was a member of the FMCA chapter of Sun Wheelers. He will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ford D. Dinkins and Edna Palmer Dinkins and brother, Eugene Dinkins. Survivors include, his wife of 51 years Patricia "Pat" Dinkins of Green Cove Springs; son, David (Kimberly) Dinkins and their children Sarah, Megan, Hannah, and Addison all of Jacksonville; daughter, Dana (Albert) Collins and their children Cameron, Connor, Chloe, and Carson all of Jacksonville; sister, Pat Green of Weirsdale; and his brother, Wayne (Carole) Dinkins of Davenport. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fleming Island. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
