Mr. Jack Raymond Day

Mr. Jack Raymond Day, 94 of Titusville, FL passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016. Mr. Day was born April 19, 1922 in Jefferson County, Ohio, the son of the late Morris E. and Marie (Sheckler) Day. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer of the United States Navy, serving in WWII, and was an Aviation Mechanic. Mr. Day was also a Mason of the Masonic Lodge Cable 116 and a member of the United Methodist Church of Green Cove Springs. His wife, Mildred (Parkingson) Day and son Paul Raymond Day preceded him in death. Survivors are his son, Steven Morris Day of Quinton, VA, sister, Avis Burchfield of OH, grandchildren, Leslie Ann Day of Titusville, FL and Robert Day of Williamsburg, VA, as well as 2 great grandchildren, Charlotte and Ryan Day. Graveside Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 the Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068 with Ken Pierson officiating. The Family will hold a time of viewing at the Graveside from 11:30 a.m. until the start of the service.
