Mrs. Clara Mae Davies Age 94, Of Middleburg

Mrs. Clara Mae Davies age 94, of Middleburg passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018, at Oak View Rehab in Orange Park. Mrs. Davies was born on June 12, 1923, in Doctors Inlet to the late Charlie Marvin and Dianna Mae (Hall) Mosley. She was a lifelong resident of Middleburg, a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, and a retired seamstress for a sewing factory in Starke. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking and gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Polk Davies and nine siblings. Mrs. Davies is survived by her two sons and their wives, Darrell Davies (Beth) of Middleburg and Eldon Davies (Tami) of Geneva, Alabama. Also left behind are seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Peoria Cemetery.
