Mrs. Shirley Marie "Shirl" Tedford

Mrs. Shirley Marie "Shirl" Tedford, 55 of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018. Mrs. Tedford was born May 31, 1962 in Mooresville, North Carolina to parents Calvin Eugene and Mary Lee (Hager) Johnson. She served in the United States Navy. Her favorite pastimes were sewing and making her grandbabies barbie clothes, crafting, gardening, re-finishing furniture, reading, playing FarmVille, and being with her family and her dog and best friend, Stormy. Her husband, Peter John Tedford and her parents preceded her in death. Survivors are her son, Peter John "PJ" Tedford, Jr. (Whitney) of Lake Asbury, daughter, Ashley Dawn Bullock (John)of Guyton, Georgia, brother, Steve Johnson (Laurie) of Tallahassee, and sister, Donna Farmer of Middleburg. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elias Bullock, Jacob Bullock, Audrey Bullock, Seth Bullock, Leah Tedford, Abigail Tedford, Elayna Tedford, and Caroline Tedford.
