Obituary

Inez Triest Pribble, 78 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 after an extended illness. Mrs. Pribble was born in Walton County, FL to the late Alva Neel and Clara Neel Mason, and resided in Keystone Heights all of her adult life. She was a devoted daughter and sibling; loving, supportive wife to Thomas S. Triest & William H. Pribble; caring aunt to numerous nieces and nephews; but the roles she cherished most was mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family and surrogate mom to dozens of her kids friends. There were no strangers at her table, just friends she hadnt met yet. Prior to retirement, Inez was the manager of the P & J Quik Stop in Lake Geneva for many years. Inez is survived by her brother, Donald E. (Peggy) Neel of Starke; 4 children: Thomas A. (Janel) Triest of Keystone Heights; Ann (Al) Klein of Interlachen; Leon S. (LuAnn) Triest of Keystone Heights ; and Brenda (Jimmy) Nooney of Keystone Heights. 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews, and many members of her extended family and countless friends, who knew her as Ms. Inez, Aunt Nez, Mama Triest, or simply Nanny. Viewing for Inez will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 12th at 10 Oclock in the funeral home chapel with the Pastor Rob Atchley officiating. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., Juvenile Diabetes Assoc. or the Charity of your choice in memory of Inez. hide
