Nai-Zheng Zhang , 69 passed away on April 29, 2012 at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, FL. Mr. Zhang was born in WenLing, China. He moved to Gainesville 24 years ago from Guilin, China. He was a Research Chemist in the Department of Dental Biomaterials in the College of Dentistry at The University of Florida. He was a member of American Ceramic Society, American Chemical Society, and IADR/AADR (International Association for Dental Research & American Association for Dental Research). He received 2003 Superior Accomplishment Award from the Health Science Center from The University of Florida. He is also a Life Member of University of Florida Alumni.He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Xiao-Li Yi of Gainesville (FL), Son Chang Zhang, of Atlanta(GA), Daughter Han Zhang of San Jose(CA).A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Forest Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, 725 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville, Fl. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 2-3 PM.Flowers may be ordered at Crevasse Regency Florist, 352-372-3322, 3409 W.
