Nan Oglesby, 92, died peacefully at her village lakehouse residence on Thursday, March 15, 2012 with her daughter, Paula and granddaughter, Paulette, by her side.Nan was born in 1920 in Perry, FL to Howard and Bonnie Maples Culpepper.She moved to the Gainesville area in 2008 from Jacksonville, FL. She was of the Baptist faith and was a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and shopping but most of all she cherished spending time with her family.Nan was preceded in death by her husband, Elvoy and her son, Billy.She is survived by her daughters, Paula Raulerson and Charlotte Satterwhite, 4 granddaughters and 5 great-grandchildren.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel in Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
