Neil Thomas Martin, 60 of Gainesville, Florida passed away on Thursday May 5, 2022. He was born on November 28, 1961, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to William and Sheila (Maguire) Martin.He was a medical computer programmer, enjoyed cooking and grilling delicious food, outdoor activities, listening to music, watching his favorite shows, and entertaining friends and family.Neil is survived by his wife, Carole, his daughter, Samantha and her fianc Brian, his brother, Robert and wife Cynthia and family and other family members in Canada.A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, May 13th between the hours of 10-11 am at Forest Meadows Funeral Home; 725 NW 23rd Ave., Gainesville, with a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am.
