DIXON: Funeral services for Nevada Dixon, 94, who passed away on July 17, 2017, will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, with Rev. Donnie Miles officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Dixon was born in Hoboken, Georgia and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She had owned and operated a childrens day care for many years and touched many lives.
