Nhi Ha, 51, of Santa Ana, California passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, December6th, 2022 in Gainesville, FL at Haven Hospice.The funeral service will be held at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, on Friday December 16thfrom 1- 4PM.Nhi was born in Saigon City, Vietnam to Hao Nguyet Duong and Chuong Ba Ha on 10/29/1971.She immigrated to America in 1980 with her father and began the journey to grow roots here forher family. Nhi graduated from Gainesville High School and then went on to proudly earn aBachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from the University of North Florida.Nhi was a dedicated employee with Fedex and worked as a Field Service Technician, garneringnumerous accolades from peers for her tenacity and diligent work ethic. Nhi was involved withher local Buddhist temple, spending her weekends serving the community. Nhi was an advocatefor the homeless, rehabbing war veterans, and fostering animals. Nhi was also an avid footballfan and loved cheering for the Los Angeles Chargers. Nhi enjoyed playing with her beloveddog, Bobo, binge watching the show YellowStone, eating exotic foods, taking spontaneous daytrips, listening to 80s New Wave music, and most of all, spending time with her family.Nhi is survived by her children Mimi and Kevin Huynh of Gainesville, Fl. Her parents, HaoNguyet Duong and Chuong Ba Ha. Her sisters, Chi Cheung, Trinh Ha, and Binh Ha and herbrothers, Hoa Du Ha, Hoa Thieu Ha, and Hoa Tuan Ha.
