Nina Yvonne Hagan, was born in Jacksonville, FL, an only child to Nina Mae McLendon and James Wilmot Moore on 10/24/1932. She married Wallace Manuel Hagan, the love of her life on July 9th 1949, and they had one son, James William Hagan, and spent many wonderful years together. She retired from Woolworth and was one of the first female managers, which was a great accomplishment in those times. She enjoyed traveling in her camper, and camping at Disney's Fort Wilderness, and would take her grandson often.In her later years, she enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo with her friends, and cooking extravagant meals for her family for the holidays. She made the best hummingbird cake. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Manuel Hagan, son James William Hagan, parents, Nina Mae and James Wilmot. She is survived by her grandson, James Wallace (J.W.) Hagan (Dana), and great grandchildren Addison and William Hagan. A private graveside service was held on April 3, 2023 in the Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32207.In lieu of flowers please make a donation in her honor to the Dementia Society of America.https://www.dementiasociety.org/donate
