Norma Borden age 85, of Penney Farms died Monday August 2, 2010 at Orange Park Medical Center. Norma was born May 2, 1925 in Stratton, Colorado, she was the daughter of Joseph W. & Susie Garner. Norma was a Teacher in Christian Education and did Missionary work thoughout her life time. Survived by Her Husband of 64 years, Oscar Borden, Son: Byron (Lisa) of Arusha, Tanzania, daughters: Betty Jo Cowart of Flagler Beach, Florida and Beverly Quinlan of Deming, New Mexico, 7 grandchildren: Michael, Patrick, Jesse, Nichole, Trevor, Colin and Heather, 3 siblings: Mabel Scheierman, Wanda Sweet, Lyle Garner all of Stratton, Colorado.
