Ms. Norma Carter Harlas, 88 of Palm Coast, passed away at Florida Hospital Flagler Monday, June 25, 2012. Ms. Harlas was born April 30, 1924 in Grapefield, Virginia to the late James Benjamin and Mary Alice (Looney) Carter. She held a Bachelors Degree and was an Editor Supervisor for the Military in Ft. Bliss. Funeral Services will be held out of town at a later date.
