Mrs. Norma June McGovern-Wester, 75 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home on Sunday, September 20, 2009. Mrs. Wester was born in Rochester, NY on April 21, 1934 to the late Fred and June (Elliott) Tyrrell. In 1976, Norma moved to Keystone Heights from North Miami Beach and was a member of the Lutheran Faith, and Am Vets Post 86. Her survivors include her husband of 10 years, Norman L. Wester ; children: Carol Putnam, Daniel Dawson, and Richard Dawson all of Keystone Heights. Brothers: Bruce Tyrrell of Ft. Lauderdale and Brent Tyrrell of Little Rock, AR; 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
