Mr. Norman L. Hedding, Jr. age 79, of Starke passed away at his home, Thursday, May 21, 2015. He was born in Barre, Vermont on January 17, 1936 to the late Norman Leo and Alma (Guilmette) Hedding. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Norman was the Food Service Director at the Florida State Prison. He attended the First Baptist Church of Starke, and enjoyed hunting, working with his hunting dogs and being outdoors. Mr. Norman was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Linda Hedding earlier this year.Survivors are his four children, Michael Leo Hedding (Bonnie) of Keystone Heights, Alan Curtis Hedding (Tara) of Green Cove Springs, Michele Hedding (Tim) of Melbourne, and Tavia Lynn Frye (Richie) of OBrien and his twin sister, Norma Spence of Dunnellon.Also left behind are his grandchildren, Carolyn (Ryan) Butler, Justin, Carson Mize, Renee, Cory, Abbigail, Kenny, Ashlie, Kyle, Morgan, Jayden, and Gabriel; great grandchildren, Kallie, Hunter, Wyatt, Rylin, Cyler, and Kyrstin.
