Funeral services for Mrs. Omega Baxley Stumph, 86, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022 in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South with Pastor Frank Ciresi of University Church and Rev. Jeff Stafford of Maranatha Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.Born July 28, 1935 in Jacksonville to Minnie and Horace Baxley, Mrs. Stumph died Thursday, January 20, 2022 in Jacksonville.
