Ona Frances Dillard, 51, who passed away on September 21, 2014, will be held Friday at 1:00 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 (904)355-9545 with Pastor David Thomas and Dr. Dave Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Dillard was born in Cape May, New Jersey and was a longtime resident of Macclenny, Florida. She had retired from the City of Jacksonville Code Enforcement Dept. after over 25 years of service. She was a member of Christian Fellowship in Macclenny, FL. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Dolby (William); Son, James Sykes; 1 sister, Nancy Dillard; 2 brothers, George Dillard, and David Dillard (Karen); 1 granddaughter, Kaylee.
