Oscar E. Haufler, 86, a lifetime resident ofGainesville,FLwent to be with his Lord on August 21, 2012. Oscar is survived by his wife of 61 years, Edna, three children, Dale (Charlene), Judy Swoyer (Larry) and Don, seven grandchildren, Chantel Corbett, Vanessa Haufler, Tabitha Robinson, Cody Haufler, Corey Haufler, Hunter Swoyer and Colt Swoyer, great-grandchildren, Robert, Cooper and Emily Robinson, Clayton and Emma Haufler, two sisters, Pauline Jernigan and Thelma Collins.Oscar was a World War II veteran and active member of theFirstChurchof the Nazarene.Funeral services for Mr. Haufler will be held at First Church of the Nazarene, 5020 NW 23rd Avenue, Gainesville, FL on Saturday, August 25, at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central, 4100 NW 39th Avenue.
