Pamela Kay Thacker, 60 of Archer passed away at her home suddenly on Tues. No. 10, 2009. Pam was born in Hammond, LA on Feb. 20, 1949 to Charles and Majorie (Gordon). Pam has been a lifelong resident of the Gainesville area and had retired from the Malcom Randall V.A. Hospital as an Administrative Assistant. Pam loved to shop and spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her husband of 19 years: Michael Thacker, one sister: Cheryl of Jacksonville, her mother: Majorie Rider of Keystone Heights, Father in law: Wilmer Bud Thacker of Tampa and Mother in law: Patricia Pat Woods of The Villages. Funeral services for Pam will be held on Sat. Nov. 14, 2009 at 12 Oclock noon at the Graveside. Viewing held prior to the service at the cemetery. Burial will be at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
