Mrs. Carroll was born in Jacksonville, Florida on April 11, 1938 to parents Clifford Coxe Sr. and Jeanette Gavagan. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Lucius Evander Carroll and is survived by a son, Scott (Marjan) Carroll; sister, Sandra Alexander; brother, Clifford (Margaret) Coxe Jr.; nieces, Pamela, Christina and Cathy; nephew, Jimmy; great nieces, Cyndi and Alex; great nephew, Jimmy III and other family and friends.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday July 20, 2013 in the chapel of George H.
