Crick officiating. A viewing will take place one hour prior to the service. Born Feb. 4, 1940 in Plant City, FL to Mildred and Paul Lanier, Mrs. Balon died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017 in Jacksonville. She was the retired manager of Follets Bookstore.
