Mrs. Patricia Ann (McCall) Mooney age 66, of Fleming Island died Monday, February 28, 2011 after a tragic horse riding accident.Born on January 11, 1945 in Portsmouth, OH, she was the daughter of the late David and Emma Jean (Branham) McCall Trimble.Mrs. Mooney earned a BS Degree in Education from Ohio State University and her Masters in Special Education from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, CO.Prior to her retirement she was employed as a Special Education Teacher in Colorado.She moved to Fleming Island nine months ago. She formerly resided in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, CO.Patricia was a member of the New Grace Church in Fleming Island, YMCA, 55+ Club in Eagle Harbor and she was an avid horse woman.She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael Mooney. Her son; Michael Ross Mooney of Denver, CO. Her Daughter; Heather Mooney Henniger of Colorado Springs, CO. Her brother; Richard H. McCall of Circleville, OH. Her sisters; Rebecca Marty Miller of Grove City, OH. and Theresa Trimble Cattlett of Virginia.
