Patricia Ann Spiller, 70 passed away peacefully after a long illness on August 22, 2014. Patsy was a loving friend and sister. Left behind to honor her memory are her brother Charles "Buddy" Spiller of Jacksonville and two sisters; Nina S. Grundig also of Jacksonville and Betty (Charlie) Moyle of Ft. Myers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Pat will be dearly missed by all that were privileged to know her. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of George H.
