Patsy Elaine Phillips

Mrs. Patsy Elaine Phillips age 68, of Keystone Heights passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at St. Vincent's Medical Center - Clay County. She was born on December 10, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida. Patsy was a member of Gadara Baptist Church who loved the Lord and loved her family.Preceded in death by her husband Donald R. Phillips, Sr. in 2014, she is survived by her children, Donna Newberry of Wisconsin, Donald R. Phillips, Jr. (Judy) of Keystone Heights, Joseph Phillips of Keystone Heights, Jessica Phillips of Keystone Heights, Laura Waxman (Dale) of Starke, and Michael Phillips (Angela) of Keystone Heights; her mother, Jeannie Sterett of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Gadara Baptist Church, 6779 County Road 315, Keystone Heights, FL 32656. The funeral service will start at 2:00 p.m., also at Gadara Baptist Church, with Pastor Jason Nettles officiating.
