Paul Edwin Peavey

Paul Edwin Peavey age 35, of Middleburg passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017. He was born in Houston, Texas on January 25, 1982 to Robert Allen Peavey and Patricia Lee Peavey. Paul had such a kind heart. He was always the caring type of person for his elders going above and beyond and not wanting anything in return. He loved kids and kids loved Paul, but his true love was his son, Scotty. They loved playing together with trucks, cars, jamming out to music and much much more. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, mudding, racing, and all types of genre music and dancing. He was such a jokester that made everyone laugh or poked you in your side just to do so. He always knew how to have fun pushing beyond his limits and taking risk. Preceded in death by his father, Robert Allen Peavey in 2013, Paul is survived by his mother, Patricia Peavey of Middleburg; son, Lucas "Scotty" Peavey of Orlando; and siblings, Steven Hartley, Christina Marie Peavey, and Michelle Marie Sparks all of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends. We will all miss Paul, aka Little Red, Fireball, Woody wood pecker, but Never forgotten! We love you Paul! The family will receive friends at Helm-Gallagher Funeral Home on Saturday, March 11, 2017, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, with funeral services beginning at 1 o'clock. Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Green Cove Springs. Kenny Walker will officiate.
