Funeral services for Paul Llewellyn Gearen, 64, who passed away on January 21, 2015, will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Fr. Brad Cunningham officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Gearen was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. He was a veteran having served in the Florida National Guard. He had retired from AT&T as a Network Manager after 36 years of service and had attended Holy Trinity Anglican Church. He was a member of Louis A. Armistead Lodge #403 F & A.M. Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and York Rite Bodies. He also attended Auburn and graduated from NOVA. Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years, Georganne Gearen; 1 daughter, Mary Greene (Garrett); 1 son, Bradley Gearen (Ashley); 3 sisters, Susan Collins, Sally Bennett (Mike), and Patty Lanier (David); 2 granddaughters, Olivia Gearen and Reagan Greene.
