Paul S. Leverton

Mr. Paul S. Leverton age 76 of Melrose passed away suddenly Saturday, May 30, 2020, at NFRMC Shands ER. He was born December 5, 1943, in Wycombe, Pennsylvania to Stephen and Anne (Rogers) Leverton. Mr. Leverton retired as a heavy equipment truck driver. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Melrose and enjoyed volunteering at the local food bank. He was a Ham Radio operator with the name "Rooster" for 50 years. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years Mary (Sirmans) Leverton. Mr. Leverton leaves behind three siblings Richard Leverton of Lambertville, NY, Rosanne Leverton of Flemington, NJ and Beatrice Leverton of Hollywood. Also left behind are is best friend/caregiver Rocky Currier; girlfriend Shirley Coggin both of Melrose and best friends Bobby and Kathy of Virginia.
