Paul Allen Richey

Mr. Paul Allen Richey, 84, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020. Mr. Richey was born March 14, 1936 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Herbert Richey and Kathryn Gregg. Paul was a resident of Lake Asbury, moving from Tampa in 1999. Paul was of the Jehovah Witness faith and was a minister of the Kingdom Hall. Survivors are his wife, Lois Jane (Speacht) Richey of Orange Park, children, Gregory Allen Richey, Karen Sue Beltz, and Rhonda Richey, and stepchildren, Donald (Bud) Wiser, Jr., Dara Ciccarelli, Debra Kukla, Denise Arnold, and DeAnna Biscardi-Sanders, brother, Herbert Parker Richey, Jr., and sisters, Kathryn Alice Richey and Marjorie Ruth Richey, as well as 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
