Pearlie Davis Rhoden

Mrs Pearlie Davis Rhoden age 86 was escorted by Angels to her heavenly home on Monday, December 28, 2020 at her residence. She was surrounded by her children showing her the love, honor and respect that she so greatly deserved. It was her hearts desire to see Jesus Christ the one who saved her and kept her all the days of her life. Mrs Rhoden was born on July 22, 1934 in Baldwin Fl to the late Oscar and Pearlea Davis. She was a lifelong resident of Starke Fl and was a member of the Hope Baptist church. She was a loving homemaker and a faithful servant to her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Her life is to be celebrated with great joy and honor. She brought love, kindness and compassion to every part of her life. She shared her love of Jesus Christ with every person she met. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by the love of her life husband Harold E Rhoden. Survivors are her children, Edna Pearl Mosley of Starke, Darlene (Jim) Gatlin of Starke, Gail (Andy) Brooks of Keystone Heights, Harvey (Lorissa) Rhoden of Starke, Marty (Paula) Rhoden of Starke. Siblings: Mearlie O'Steen of Starke, Mary Cooper of Hampton, Oscar Davis Sr. of Starke, Lonnie Davis Sr. of Starke, James Davis Sr. of Hampton Lake. Also left are her cherished 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Jones Gallagher Funeral Home chapel on Wednesday December 30, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm. Graveside funeral services will be on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 11am at Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Mark Smith officiating.
