Penny Ann Fleming, 51, passed away on Saturday June 7, 2014 in Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady & Gloria Harrell and a brother, Andy Harrell. Penny is survived by her husband, John Gregory Fleming; 4 children, Daniel, Kimmi, Nicholas & William; 3 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Kay Robinson & Suzanne Jenkins; 2 brothers, Stephen & Bryan Harrell and many extended family & friends.
