Penny Frazee Osborne Register

Mrs. Penny Frazee Osborne Register age 69, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home, Friday, November 3, 2017 following an extended illness. She was born in Jacksonville, on January 4, 1948 to the late Cecil and Annie (Sharpe) Frazee. Penny had been a longtime resident of Keystone Heights and lived many years at the Keystone Country Club where in the past she enjoyed decorating her home for holidays. Before becoming a fulltime housewife, Penny was a hairdresser. She was also a very spirited and compassionate individual who enjoyed animals and traveling but her passion was cooking. Penny especially enjoyed spending time with her family and attending family and class reunions. Her husband David Register and two brothers, Ronnie Frazee and Michael Frazee had preceded her in death. Penny is survived by her son, Max Osborne of Keystone Heights and three siblings, Marie Dolph (Blair), Wanda Frazee (Toni Picollotti) and Cecil Lynn Frazee (Ivy). Also left behind are numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Penny will be held at a later date.
