Funeral services for Mr. Philip Henry Cannon, age 74, of Jacksonville, FL will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 2, 2022, from the graveside in Jacksonville National Cemetery. Mr. Cannon was born on October 29, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida, son of the late Philip and Itha Johnson Cannon. He passed away August 27, 2022 in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Cannon was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of Lakewood United Methodist Church. He was employed by Bellsouth, working as a circuit layout design tech, and was also a member of the Orange Park Masonic Lodge 267. Mr. Cannon enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and spending time with his friends and family. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Mrs. Ellen Outlaw Cannon; grandson, Travis Cannon; granddaughter, Brittany Booth (Thomas); 6 great grandchildren; numerous friends and family.
